David and myself at last seem to be on the home straight with the German Dove which was used for Airfield Calibration.

The airframe is now re-painted and the fuselage is lacquered, just the wings to lacquer now when the weather allows. The day glow paint is, although not easy to use, looking good on the fuselage.

We now need to finish the props and put the engine covers on properly. Oh! and put the rudder on.

It still seems a long time since we started but the finishing post is in now in sight
