Aircraft Collections Director Required
The de Havilland Aircraft Museum Trust Limited need to recruit a Volunteer Aircraft Collections Director who will work with the Directors and Trustees to improve the management of the Museum’s activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management, care and restoration strategy and implementation of the museums aircraft collection
- Work with the restoration team leaders, aircraft custodians and Volunteers, to ensure that the aircraft exhibits are presented to the public in a presentable a condition as possible.
- To a ensure that safe working practices applied and adhered to.
- To ensure that preservation, restoration and repair work carried out on the aircraft is done in a sympathetic manner and using where ever possible authentic materials and methods to those in common usage as that of the age of the aircraft.
