Disability Access
We have wheelchair access to all the main display buildings in the Museum and disabled toilet facilities. Open aircraft are accessible only via stairs.

Access Policy

FREE PARKING

The Museum Car Park is FREE to all visitors.

Please do not not park in the entry lane to our neighbours’ properties and garages – Thank you.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

We regret that no dogs are permitted at the Museum with the exception of Assistance Dogs.

No Smoking or Vaping is allowed on the Museum site

Cafe & Shop

The Museum Shop stocks a wide range of Kits/Models/Books/Gifts/Branded clothing and other products that will appeal to all ages. You can visit the shop and cafe without having to pay for entry to the museum.

Refreshments are also available from confectionery to sandwiches and ice creams. We  also serve “bean to Cup” Lavazza coffee and other hot drinks including a variety of teas and hot chocolate as well as soft drinks.

Please let the person on the entry desk know if you are only visiting the shop/cafe.

 

DH MOSQUITO COCKPIT EXPERIENCE -BOOK NOW

The de Havilland Aircraft Museum is the only Museum in the world to have 3 de Havilland Mosquitos on display where the prototype was originally designed and built. We are pleased to announce that we are providing a unique opportunity for visitors. Enter our Mosquito FB Mk.VI Cockpit and a guide will provide a very special commentary on the aircraft, its controls and history.

Generally we can offer these Experiences on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
